I was going through some difficult family dramas and the staff here were fantastic about it. They made an awful situation, a little less awful for us. They're understanding and kind.
I can't thank Jess and Cynthia enough. (Hope the names are spelt right).
You don't see this level of compassion very often these days.
The rooms are lovely and clean. Everything is up to modern standard. The pub food is great.
I highly recommend this place, its run by really good people.

Awful overpriced terrible food. Management no where staff couldn't find someone to speak to, bad service not even wanting to fix bad food. Poor form

Quick food service because food was ordered ahead. Very poor customer service at the entrance, officious young lady refused entry to my daughter who had a screenshot of her vaccination Certificate. My daughter had to bring original up in my gov app before this woman would let her in. My 4 grandkids were already inside with me an started to become distressed when mum was stuck at front door. The young woman was wrong for not accepting screenshot. My daughter works in hospitality industry and knows the correct procedures. She was very embarrassed and upset by the whole incident

Disgraceful, What has happened to this Pub? Once Frequent regulars! Always supporting our local. never returning again. A large group out celebrating Christmas lunch, it was no celebration today. We loved how festive & inviting it once was at this time of year. The atmosphere now is poor, the decorations are sad and seldom. No options on the bistro menu, every item I asked for was not available? and no vegetables at all! After ordering the 6th 'available' item on the menu the meals all came out at different times and not hot, lucky to be warm. We would have usually enjoyed a coffee after our meals. But there was no coffee! and not even hot chocolate, no milk! What an absolute Joke. Don't even waste your time, our entire table left disappointed. No manager to be seen anywhere.

Great pub feed and not over priced and good size and quality
Okay I just rated the rooms here and they are poor rooms at best! But the bistro was unbelievably good and really value for money as they are very big meals and you don't need to have a platinum card to order if ya get my drift. So dam good! I'll also mention the staff are very pleasant and they are great with handling all the needs of people even if it's room service

Very nice establishment, upgrade, everything is new, bars, sportsbar, looks a million dollars!

Nice rooms but no microwave, had a toddler with me so couldn't heat up bottle but got around it and I think who ever installed the bathroom sinks must of been tall , lol , but had a balcony and had a nice meal and my gd had a ball in the playroom , staff were really nice

Great pub for a chain - always get a table and the food is usually great.
Bit pricey for a pub but good food

Amazing restaurant, great atmosphere, perfect if you have kids.But I got to say the prawns was amazing I ordered them like 3 times.Don't ever take the prawns of your menu maybe they should make a larger portion maybe a plate of 12 would be great.But I highly recommend this place10/10

The reason for the 5 star rating is that I've been going here for only 2 months now playing on the pokies where it's nice and quiet with no yelling an screaming in the background. The staff are friendly and the food is fantastic so next time your looking for somewhere to enjoy dinner try this place

Great venue for large family group , meals were good and a large playground for the kids . Friendly staff and no request was a problem for them. A+++

The venue was beautiful and extremely clean. Our dinner was delicious and the staff were all very welcoming and kind.
