Walwa Hotel - Pub in Walwa Victoria

Great pub and beer and food and town ,excellent location

Great little hotel situated in Walwa, did an overnight stay while riding the motorbike down to Melbourne. Booked the queen room which was really comfortable and clean. Typical old school pub with a shared toilet and shower, which were very clean and well presented. Met Des the publican who is a great bloke and goes out of his way to be accommodating. Lamb shanks for dinner were outstanding with a wine and a seat with a fellow bike rider next to the fire made for a great night. I am booked again for and overnighter again in a couple of weeks.

Stayed for one day/night and was made to feel like a local. Lovely couple have the pub and the customers are now my new friends. Great food. (will throw a blow up mattress on the bed next time I stay)

Thanks Des for helping two lost females very helpful and friendly. The pub is a quaint little place and people are very friendly. Pizza was very nice. Was very grateful for the advice that was given. Rita and Minnie
