The burger is really "best buns in town". I love the mix of chicken with avocado in Clucking Sunny Delight!

Exceptional family dining experience. Best burgers around! A very simple pizza and burger menu making it a quick and easy decision when feeding hungry kids. Very affordable menu, I was impressed with how reasonably priced everything is. Huge dining area, great kids playground, huge car park, fantastic for the kids including the activity books given at the table. Food is always fresh, served quickly with the most incredible service (we adore Shane, simply the best! ). A very clean restaurant, dining area, service area and let's not forget to mention just how fresh and clean the toilets are! These new owners have it all covered and it's become our regular favourite. We would love to see this place packed to reward the new owners hard work, so get in and relax while the kids are entertained and enjoy the delicious food.

Family bistro area was awesome! The bistro has just reopened and it's separate to the pokies place out back.

Took our 5 year old and 2 year old. Whats not to like! Nice clean open space. Indoor play centre area for the kids is really cool and walled off so you can stay at your table, keep an eye on the kids and chill. Ordered kids meals and we had burgers. Seriously the kids and adult burgers were super yummy. Better than even some specialised burger places. All tasted really good and big servings. The waiter was a super sweet guy. We also got the eggplant chips but were too full to eat them all, so chef brought out a free chocolate moose dessert! So good! It was absolutely delish! And then they had a free mothers day raffle to top it off. Great service and great atmosphere.

If I could give zero stars I would. My sister booked a space here for my father's wake, as my father was a frequent customer during the 90s and 2000s. Whoever made the booking failed to let us know that we couldn't bring children in, which lead to many family members being unable to celebrate my dads life as they had to take their toddlers to the park nearby. The bar manager on duty today the 30th of November completely lacks any interpersonal skills and would do well with a course in how to speak to people. She was completely rude and confrontational basically accusing us of breaking the law by bringing our children in (all children are literally babies under 3 years old) and wouldn't even allow us to be in the outdoor area away from the pokie machines with the kids. To treat people who are clearly grieving with such little respect is disgusting and I am so disappointed in the way we were treated. There is nothing on the website that says there is no child friendly space, and there would be no way to know until we got there since no one told us upon booking. Almost every pub has a child friendly space. Extremely disappointed and sad to have to remember the day this way.

Visited here got changed a gap fee for using card to by a beer as if alcohol ain't already expensive enough I'm sure you guys are making a ton on the pokies now your slugging the bar what a rip off first and last absolute joke ??'?

The bar man was super creepy...stalking my friend. we left promptly after we found him standing behind us for no reason at all. called it out. no shame..eww. first and last visit that's for sure. yuck.

ps didn't have food so gave chef (assuming there's food) benefit of the doubt.

Best the Waterloo has been in years. Only the pokies are open the bottom shop and other bars always look vacant from Maribyrnong Road which is a shame as it makes it look like you want to drive past but if you want a cheeki little punt go in you will be surprised I know I was

Stopped food a while ago miss it. Basically a pokie venue in a nice building. Accessible.

This place is very laid back. The free soft drink beverage is awesome while sitting and Playing the pokies. And they have an amazing beer garden with lots of seating space.

I love the Waterloo gaming room free coffee and after drinks also light snacks WONDERFUL attomsfere

Good pub, friendly staff, good pokies.. Food was ok in sportbar nothing amazing. Havent eaten in bistro.

It's a pokies venue only. Machines are dated. Coffee is undrinkable Music is so loud you can't hear the machines. When I asked the young lady manager to turn the music down she said that they could not. If they touched it the music would go off??????

The Waterloo Cup hotel its compot place to have social banding they have grate restaurant for hospitality 5 star

The Waterloo used to be a nice full service hotel before Covid 19. Now unfortunately there are no public bar or saloon. It is a pokies venue.Thats O.K. if you like Pokies.th Pokie area is spacious and has lots of machines.The venue has a nice bar area and a very nice Barrista area where John and other workers are happy to make you a cappachino or short black etc, which is lovely as they are complimentary as well as soft drinks. It's the perfect venue if you are a night owl as the venue is open till 5.00am.

Lovely friendly staff and perfect latte, had a great night.

Feeling a little ripped off for my 10 year old daughter who received one small strip of fish and a handful of chips for her kids meal, whilst her sister received 2 mini burgers and chips, when i complained- was told the price of the serves had gone down by $2 and so the serving sizes were reduced as well. Could have eaten better at McDonalds for $10.

We always enjoy ourselves here, I only wish the restaurant/bistro would open.

Great sports bar. Ordered two300g rump steaks for my partner and I. Unfortuately they were not.cooked to our liking, either sat on the grill or under the heat lamp for a little bit too long. They were only just off though and not worth complaining. The rest of the meal.was fantastic with the mash being the best part. Good consistency with a taste of salt. Relatively fast but it was boxing day and there was only two other tables.
I would go back if in the area.
