A lovely stay at the Waterloo! We were lucky enough to stay in a newly renovated room overlooking the bay and bowls club. Fabulous views! Very comfortable room and had everything we needed. Extremely clean and very quiet even though the hotel was booked out. A great meal downstairs, I recommend booking far in advance to secure a spot. We will be back!

The Waterloo Hotel is a 3 star accommodation and in this category I'm giving it full marks. The location is great (beach front with direct access to walking paths) and so was service. The room was large with a big, nice balcony overlooking the sea and had all the conveniences. Furniture wasn't brand new, but it was clean and fully serviceable. Definitely would stay again (price allowing).

Fabulous location, amazing view from our ground floor room - loved being able to step straight out onto the grass and down to the beach. Loved the Nespresso coffee pod machine in our room- lovely touch! Wonderful warm welcome on arrival with lots of great advice for dinner and locations to visit beyond Swansea. Highly recommend and we will be back again one day when the weather is warmer and we can put up the umbrella and sun bake!!

We were very satisfied! It was very clean. And everything you could possibly need was there, down to the smallest detail. There was a washing machine and tumble dryer that you could use for free. There was crockery, tea and coffee, a kettle and even make-up remover. Really everything you could possibly need. You could just tell that you were welcome. We were also given a very warm welcome.

Tidy, warm unit with all the tea and coffee making facilities, a great view, a comfy bed and a nice warm shower. Couldn't ask for more. A lovely place to stay.

Great location, the view is fantastic. Facilities are very well maintained and functional. I would come back again. Worth the price.
