Waitress Dinah was fantastic.
The food was 5 stars. Steak cooked exactly as requested. Both the steak and gravy tasted delicious. Very well done by Chef. Well done steak is difficult to get right. The regular gravy was the best l have ever have.

Not a bad place to meet up or get together with family or friends for a drink/smoke or two.This place late at night can get rowdy depending on who comes in. my friends and I were there lastnight and we are aware about the no alcohol rule outside after 11 since we've been here a few times now. However my problem is the older bartender clearly with a chip on her shoulder, snatching up all the empty drinks and sneering at us for apparently arguing with her when she told us all to go inside to drink. She could have handled it better and not be so rude to patrons, there was no need for that. The rest of the staff working have been quite pleasant even when other patrons are rowdy.

Had a great time with my friend Michael and my 2.5 year old son whilst our partners relaxed at home. The steak was great and so were the chips and onion rings and sauce.

This pub consistently delivers good food! The staff are friendly and happily serve customers. We make this our staple place to eat as it's always a hit and we leave satisfied.

The service was good. We had a roast of the day but it was really poor. The presentation and quantity was less than poor. Maybe the other meals are better but the roast is a NO. We were going to order the seniors meal but they wanted and extra $8 to change chips and salad to vegetables. Really? Sadly will not recommend.

Good pub and quick to get our meals. However, Friday night the staff were very slow behind the bar. At times waiting almost ten minutes just to be served due to no staff behind the bar.

The old bloke that works behind the bar could do with a bit of good customer service. Was quite abrupt when a group I was with requested one of the TVs to be changed to the cricket.

Family has been there for meals numerous times. Always treated with kindness & respect by the staff. Good meals, friendly service

Had our works function party in the Manhattan Ballroom. Staff were amazing & the food was beyond delicious.
Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a venue to hold a function at.

The food today was Devine, I just wanted to say a big thank you to Trish, today was a 2 month anniversary of a family members passing and my family and myself came to have lunch and a play on the pokies, once again she brightened our spirits with her excellent manner and bubbly personality! You definitely made our day for bearable. Everytime we come we seem to be lucky enough to have Trish greet us, keep up the great work and we will be coming back again.

l went to the plaza tavern on the weekend with friends. great atmosphere we had a blast, we were served by Sarah in the gaming room she was bubbly and welcoming and always had smile on her face. thanks for the excellent service we will definitely be back.

We went to a function over the weekend and wow what can I say about Kirsty! I believe she was managing and her service was exceptional! From listening to her customers needs and wants to delivering, her customer service was amazing!
Experiencing this it is safe to say I would absolutely be delighted to be back again :)

They used to have a deal here on Weds using the Monty's Reward card. You could buy a meal and get one free, certain meals though. Im not sure if they still have this, but the meals were pretty good, with generous servings. It was never crowded and the ambience was nice. You can park in the underground area or outside. There is also elevator access from underground.

They are moving along with new tech . That's good. You can also still order the old way. Food was good and quick . Even for my steak.

One star because the food was tasty, when I finally received the rest of my meal *insert eye roll.. shocking evening service. Drunk and disorderly patrons, with a fight breaking out as we left. Won't be taking my family back there again to eat.

We visit the tavern as our Friday night catch up and every single time we have come the food has been exceptional and the service has always been the best. We get looked after as we have become regulars and now it's something we look forward to, to start off the weekend. Aimee and Liza were particularly great tonight making us feel welcome and their service was 5 star thank you ladies. Good service is not standard practice anymore unfortunately but I can honestly say we definitely have a great experience when we come to your restaurant. I want to give a shout out to Jess as well she wasn't in tonight but she always looks after us when we come in. Thank you.

Today at 12 30 we went in for lunch shown our table the young waitress came over and said we have to order via the phone We said can we get a menu and she said sorry my manager wont allow me to hand them out to anyone and wants everyone to use the phone app, The waitress showed us how to use it and kept saying how sorry she was we said it is not your fault .We like an option of phone or counter service We like to look at the menu and see what we want not be told we have no option. We are elderly people and this can be very daunting on us.The poor waitress was only doing what she was told.We said sorry but we will leave once again she said sorry
to us .The manageress saw us walk out and did not attempt to come over to us and ask what was wrong .I felt so sorry for the waitress taking the brunt of it all.There was one person in there drinking and waiting for a meal so it was not flat out.Wont be back until we have an option to how we order Not happy we went to the RSL in Werribee the service was excellent send your manager there to see happy people

Had a wonderful dinner last night with my family, was quite busy due to lockdown starting overall food was yummy, staff were lovely sarah a and sam were both very nice to deal with.The bistro girls were nice also.

We love the plaza Tavern, karaoke is amazing. Don't understand why it's getting stopped. Tonight it was a full house and there was 32 singers...

It's a great place to grab something to eat or a drink. You can watch your favourite sports or play pool. Food menu is versatile and I really liked the food presentation and taste.

I had the roast beef It was a bit dry not enough of it the vegetables were not nice would prefer roast spuds pumpkin with it It was like a senior serve didbt fill me up
