Staying 3 nights in Queenstown and decided on this motel.
New owners have brightened the establishment up very much and show their care and commitment to the customer.
Rooms are as expected, warm and cosy, with decor adequately done for a budget motel level albeit fairly basic.
Room service and housekeeping team are attentive and friendly.
The roaring creek outside was well active during the overnight rains and was lovely to fall asleep to also.
The food that Paul and Kaylee and the team are producing out of their modest kitchen though, makes a stay here an easy no brainer.
Quite a thorough menu which made deciding a challenge, as all the choices sounded fantastic.
Chose well with our table of 3 having entree and mains and all meals well above expectations.
Bbq beef sliders, vegetarian croquettes, scallops, madras beef rib curry, nasi goreng and teriyaki salmon all winners.
Wine and beer choices are good.
Service attentive, friendly and precise.
A nice addition to an interesting town on the rebound and rejuvenation pending.
A short stroll into the main street which hopefully bounces back to its best soon enough and can appreciate the character and landscapes that lurk.
Great work and looking forward to a return again soon.
