The atmosphere was quite impressive.
Great variety of seating areas, accommodating all ages. The staff were getting waves of people hitting them and they all remained positive and friendly. Working together as a team which is awesome to see in a high paced hospitality industry.
A couple members of my family + myself had a few burgers. The filling was amazing, full of flavour, however the buns kind of ruined it. Very hard buns, making it difficult to chew and enjoy everything else the burger had to offer.
The rest of the family thoroughly enjoyed their meals.
I will be back to try another dish before giving much more input on the food.

Where to begin

This place is well kept, well built and well managed

The food menu is vast, the portions and prices are excellent and the service is fast

Plenty of drinks on tap, enough spirits for just about everyone and bar staff are friendly and fast

The facilities have everything you need, a good kids playground, an area to eat/drink and watch sports. Plenty of seating in the dining area, gambling and a nice outdoor space

As well as a surprisingly well stocked bottle-o �'�

And all of the staff are efficient, work well together and seem happy to be there. Plenty of smiles to go around

The Seaview Tavern is the standard for which all pubs will be measured

Had a delicious lunch at the Seaview Tavern today. Service was great, and food was great, We sat out on the balcony and enjoyed the shade and atmosphere. Can recommend the Tavern and also a drive down to the town on the beach.

Awesome atmosphere, had the ribs and they were delicious ? very open with bi-fold doors and french windows... Very efficient staff , fast on the clean up and professional. Highly recommend

Came here for dinner which was lovely.
Had oysters Kilpatrick, chicken supreme with garlic sauce & vegies & hubby had the good old chicken snitty with mushroom sauce ( which he said was the best sauce he has had in a long time)
Very friendly staff
We sat near the window which offered a cool breeze.
The drinks were cold & refreshing & they had musical bingo the night we went.
All in all a very enjoyable night.

Great bistro food, generous portions. Plenty of tables inside and out. Friendly relaxed atmosphere with kid friendly playground area and colouring sheets. Would definitely come back!

Stopped at the Seaview Tavern for lunch on a road trip from Brisbane to Sydney yesterday. The food was great, with large serving sizes and reasonable prices ($19 for a large chicken schnitzel, chips and salad). The Seaview Supremeo pizza was also delicious and had heaps of topping. There's a great play area for the kids to burn some energy, the staff were really friendly and the menu has many gluten free options.

Went for lunch to let junior blow off steam on a long drive. Generous serves of delicious food, crispy chips and unlimited tomato sauce. Indoor/outdoor playground and obstacle course. Parents and kids happy.

We called in for lunch on a Monday (not public holiday). There was a decent number of people inside so that was a good indication of the reputation locally.
The food was great and really good sized portions. We had pizza and cheesy sweet chilli and bacon bread.
The meals we saw going out to other clients also looked like great sized servings.
The staff were friendly and laid back.
The interior was clean and modern with plenty of areas to spread out and the outdoor area looked nice too. (Not run down like some places).
Definitely worth the visit if you're passing through or holidaying.

Unbelievably Good . Heres what i liked . The food was spot on ! Looked great taste even better . A very good serving too . I had a 300g sirloin with Garlic Prawns . The salad was put on the plate with love . The chips were hand cut . Absolute ripper tavern meal . My Daughter had a vegetarian pasta . The tomato sauce was like a rich and had been reducing all day i think. So much flavour. They had the open fire going . And the girls behind the bar were good at it . They looked to be enjoying working there kept themselves busy . Crumbed Calamari was good too . And a very fresh different salad served than mine . Loved it . I highly recommend worth the trip if you don't live there

Such a great place to come for dinner!! Like previous reviewers...we read reviews.. and decided to come. Our 14 year old couldn't finish his pizza, my husband loved his schnitty and my barra & salad was delicious!

Went to a belated surprise 60th. The staff were exceptionally accomodating and thoughtful. Their attention to details showed they knew what they were doing. The finger food was delicious and there was plenty of it.. would highly recommend for a function. We had heaps of room and privacy.

Driving from Tweed Heads to Armidale, decided to stop and give this restaurant to go. OMG, it was exceptionally good, house special bourbon pork belly was to die for. and the Angus sirloin was the best.

Love the Seaview. Such a great place for everyone to come and enjoy great food and drinks in a beautiful space with amazing service. The updated kids area is fantastic and they have really well priced options for kids birthday parties. The Chicken Schnitzels there are some of the best you will find around, the mushroom gravy is delish and the Calamari is yum. Would recommend the Seaview to anyone.

We were absolutely pleased with our dinner here last night. The venue was clean and spacious, the staff were all kind, and the food was great. I had the wings and oysters (great price at $2e that night). My partner had the pulled pork burger. And my sister and her husband split a pizza on gluten free crust that they said was the best gf pizza they've ever had! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice, low-key evening. Also it looked very family friendly with a kids' play space too.

First time here. Visited family working on the nearby fruit farms & took them for lunch. I can see how and why they won Trip Advisors Travelers Choice 3yrs in a row!! The food, staff, venue and atmosphere is fantastic. The value for money and size of the meals ??'???? This was their first time eating at a venue & I'm so please we got to experience the Seaview Tavern. 2x full rack ribs, 2x 300g sirloins, garlic bread & duck spring rolls $177 - great meals! Thank you!

We looked up the reviews and we chose here, best choice. Food was superb, my partner had Lamb cutlets amazing fresh, great price. I had the fish special My favourite fish swordfish! Service was impeccable, staff were super friendly. Definitely worth the stop in

Had the opportunity to stay the night at Sea view Tavern, Nice little place in the town of Coffs Harbour. Very neat & clean decent size rooms with tea - coffee facilities. Clean bathroom and if you happen to travel with family you can ask for bigger rooms with extra single bed or beds ...

No Breakfast included but there is a (Seaview Pub) not part of the business where you can have breakfasts lunches & dinners at a 5 minutes walk away...

There is Woolies, a coffee shop, grocery mart and a chemist nearby for life's little emergencies...

Had a great stay.

Visited based on reviews ( It was also Sunday night and pouring with rain!! ) Nothing wrong with the Schnitty and chips and the Tokyo Bowl on the specials board was also good. Service was fast and friendly. Food was good. Drinks were expensive at $17 for a wine and a beer. But will be back.

My partner and I went to the tavern for dinner. The staff were very nice and helpful. Our food was ready incredibly quickly, I'm talking within 5-10mins. I had the Chicken schnitzel with mushroom gravy and it was pretty good. The gravy was delicious and there was plenty of it but it could have had a few more mushrooms. My partner had the BBQ Pork Combo which he said was delicious and he particularly loved the pork belly part of the dish. However he felt the BBQ sauce tasted more of tomato than BBQ even though it was still tasty. Both our chips were very crunchie. Overall a great meal.

Amazing, great meals, great staff, great atmosphere. There desserts are huge... will definitely go back next time we are down Woolgoolga again

We went for dinner we had lots choices from. Food were well prepared,and don't wait too long. When we setting down noticed people were lined up. If you go on Friday better get there bit early

Very surprising spot for a small town (Sydney quality). Fireball Sour cocktail was next level! Had squid salad and pork ribs across 2 nights which were epic! Huge sizes and kids very happy and content with the place (kid friendly!). Charlotte behind the bar was amazing! Very impressed and somewhat pleasantly surprised! Will be back

Great food, friendly staff, fantastic location! Kids area including large bouncy castle got a thumbs up. Kids meals served with fruit and ice cream too! Recommend trying the crispy Japanese squid bowl with rice noodles and pickled ginger - yum! Definitely not your usual pub food �'�
