Good local vibes, awesome selection of craft beers.
Even our meals were delicious - we had two of their specials for the day (Kingfish and Sirloin Steak). Great venue for a group of friends!
Service was impeccable as well. Helps when there's so many beers to choose from!!
Will definitely be back.

Love a pub that has a good vegetarian menu and friendly service 😀 The kale avocado salad I had was delicious especially on a warm day and nicely balanced with crunchy kale and nuts. Had a taste of the Curried vegetable pie from a friend and it was packed with yummy flavours. The Library corner was nice and cozy for our group~

Cute pub with old style decor which is a nice change from some others. Food is solid and portions are decent. The staff aren't the friendliest which is quite off putting - thankfully it's a pub so you need to deal with them much but general rule of thumb is you can be a bit more friendly to your patrons (and not just your regulars).

I was a bit sceptical about the reception we'd get in a Redfern pub wearing our Roosters gear as we were heading to a game, but the staff were very friendly and welcoming and the service was excellent.
The atmosphere is good with the nice, spacious outdoor seating, however it can be pretty noisy when big dogs are barking as it's a dog-friendly venue.
Our meals were huge and very tasty, including the father's day special $27 pork schnitzel and the chicken parmigiana. They also have a decent selection of beers.

A friend ordered the chicken burger and they received it straight away. It had clearly been sitting out for hours as it was very stale. The chips were stale too. The lady who served us was unapproachable and unfriendly and during a quiet lunchtime too so I'd presume there'd be less stress.

July 2024: what a great pub! Went for State of Origin, amazing atmosphere, even the bartenders getting rowdy! Great selection of Aussie lagers. Ordered the $36 scotch fillet steak and the guy informed me there was a $18 rump special... What a legend! Yes thank you. And it was 10/10 for a pub steak at $18. Wish this pub were my local! (Unfortunately live a few KMs away...)
