Such a great experience at this hidden gem, got a whopping big parma and cheap drinks. Will definitely go back again next time I pass through

We have been three times to this hotel over the past year and on every occasion waited WELL IN EXCESS of 1 hour for our meals . As well we seem to get what must be their "regular" line that "sorry , tonight we have been just so busy , it isn't usually this bad" , we believed it the first time , took it with a grain of salt the second time and shook our heads the third time . If you want to load up on drink to a point where you lose your patience and appetite , this is the place to go . The management are dismissive of complaints so don't bother trying to tell them.
