The tomato base was good but no ham. The cheese ( mozzarella) was plentiful but not overwhelming. Some chilli flakes would have lifted the dish. I brought a group to EVH for a reunion, and the staff accommodated our needs superbly. Even allowing us an appropriate space and re-arranging the tables to suit our particular requests.
