A pub that serves incredible food and amazing cocktails.
We came here for our sons fundraiser night and it did not disappointment. Great drinks selection and above all, absolutely delicious food. The pub has 2 levels, great for a casual night out or if you fancy privacy you can rent part of the pub or all of it for a function. Highly recommend!
Great service from all the staff here tonight. We had to sit in the courtyard because one of our guests had a dog with her. Chris the floor manager went across to the servo to get a bottle of gas so that we had outdoor heating. Much appreciated!
The food was enjoyed by all. The highly recommended schnitzel is definitely worth trying. A big piece of chicken with mash and gravy went down a treat.
Pre show dinner and a show upstairs with friends. It's a large space downstairs. Reception wasn't attended and the machines to read yout licence didn't work so we went back to the good old book! Staff are nice. They didn't blink an eye when a friend ordered a beer with a shot of vodka. Food menu is pub food. We opted for Korean fried chicken, pizzas and tacos and a bowl.of chips. Just had their Whitaker dumplings from the menu. It would have to be the worst I have ever had. Coriander and chilli are not a Japanese menu item and the portion was tiny. This would be more suited as an appetizer if best. Whoever devised this should be "re-educated" or sacked. Luckily I was drunk and ate it. Never again.
Absolutely love coming here great atmosphere. Great food. The was good service because they were busy and pretty hectic but generally it's all fantastic. Love getting a chicken parmie from here can't beat it. Best is to get a little bit early so you can enjoy yourself and then join the crowd. One of the classics
This is one of our local pubs. Gotta say it's really improved over the last few years. The room is charming for a pub, nice open feel, always a good crowd but not over crowded. And the food has lifted and is generally excellent for a pub. We go here over any number of more famous restaurants in the area and always have a nice meal. A great local.
I had have lots of steak till now but this steak, with chips, salad, and mushroom sauce, was beyond amazing! Juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor, every bite was a taste sensation. The crispy chips, fresh salad, and rich mushroom sauce just took it to the next level. A meal I won't soon forget. Pub is not that fancy but they got their own brewery inside the venue . menu is quite expensive ...
Came here this evening off a whim whilst driving past. Was pleasantly surprised to find little creatures dog days on tap. Ordered the sirloin steak medium rare and found two of my favourite hot sauces on the shelf. The steak came out perfectly cooked and the steamed veggies in the yazu sauce were great.
