Check in process is smooth and they have parking underneath in Secure parking we're you can get the parking people to park your car for you and lock it. Quiet rooms and sound proof. Splendid food and excellent coffee. I came back for a second coffee because it was too good. Thanks for making my stay enjoyable and comfortable

The staff were friendly and service was exceptional. The food was delicious, and the cocktails were a big hit. A massive thanks to Fiona the events manager who was so easy to work with and made sure everything ran smoothly on the day. We will definitely be coming back soon to relive the moment!

Parking and access is easy off the street, valet parking staff are very efficient. Rooms are always spotless, and the Hyde Park view rooms have a beautiful outlook. Everything is the perfect amount of sweet and savoury, there is a wide range of teas available, and we were even given a little cake as it was our anniversary.
