I went to celebrate mother's Day with my boyfriends mum the bar staff that assist us was really good. The bar staff who accommodate was really good I didn't get his name but I just want to say he did pretty good and please let him know that he's doing such a great job, and I'm very glad because he made our time special. August 2023: The Wickham, the sophisticated sibling of the Brisbane Queer scene. Wonderful refurbishment subtly hints on sophistication and the well heeled. The service is brilliant. The drag shows, some of the best in the valley. Definitely a place to be seen and to mingle with like-minded professionals.
Our Family has had 2 milestone birthday celebrations at Sixes and Sevens a 50th and a 21st Birthday. The Function coordinator Lucia was awesome and very helpful with the planing and set up on the night of our events. Our experience was amazing from the atmosphere, food and the service we received. I would highly recommend this venue for your next celebration.

Booked an end of year function here and from first (and every) engagement with Olivia and her team I experienced high quality service. The team worked with me to deliver the function in budget and that was memorable for everyone who attended. The space was beautiful l, food delicious and service staff highly attentive.

Love love love the Waterloo hotel, especially for a sneaky lunch after meetings.
All the staff here are just great, and their food and drink selection is equal to match.
Especially impressed with the steak sandwich and eye fillet.

A James St staple for a reason. Their latest renovation makes for a fantastic atmosphere for drinks and/or nibbles, or a larger meal. Over 2,000 wines on the menu with a good selection of imported wines from various regions. Yummy cheeses to pair as well. Great service, great wines and friendly service. Always a vibe!

LOVE the jube. It's one of only a few remaining old school valley pubs offering a huge beer garden and frequently still have live music. Plenty of good tap beers (including a few imports ) and they do great food - classic pub style choices , but the parmies are what the locals enjoy. Still the best parmy I've had

Saturday night they showed AFL on the tv (visiting from Victoria)😁😁. Gets 5 stars from me lol + other rugby matches. Great outdoor area to watch sports.
Food was great. Loved the sharing platter, calamari was fresh, chicken wings delicious and crunchy spring rolls.
Service was quick and friendly.

Great pub in the Valley. Always really down to earth people and really great vibes. There is an outside and inside area. The staff and security are really great. We had the best time here last week. If you want somewhere you can talk, have a drink and have a dance if you want. This is your go you place. Worth checking out.
