Such a lovely pub. Wonderful service with lively and hospitable staff. The music is great, whether it's just the music played over the speakers, or bands playing at The Grace. Definitely check it out, as it has a great atmosphere, and plenty going on, such as live jazz nights, pool, darts, and a weekly quiz.
Cozy place with inside & outside sitting availability at all the time. They have a wonderful menu & lots of options for drinks too. Wednesdays they have specials of beautiful girls staff serving throughout. Fridays they ha e live music 🎶 & they do have many other events going on throughout the year.
I went here as part of an office event and could only sample a few things but full marks to the excellent veggie arancini and the vegan cold rolls. Have added to my bookmark list to go back for a drink or two on a leisurely evening. Bonus points for their pet station complete with treats and tennis balls!

Friendly bar staff, great location, great playlist in the bar on the day we were there.
Excellent drinks choices and a lovely ambience.
Our room was also great, spotless, spacious, and a comfy bed!
An easy walk into the east end or other parts of the city.

Had a work dinner here, atmosphere was fantastic, so relaxed but vibrant. You can sit down and be yourself here, without feeling judged in any way, like other places make you feel. Great food and reasonably priced too. Highly recommend giving it a shot, make sure you book, they fill up really quickly!!!
Great little place to relax with a small meal and wine. Excellent to find a small pub with a really nice wine selection and not just buy the bottle. Only thing missing was a good old Coopers Pale. Young lady, doing table service was outstanding. So nice to see someone friendly and with a smile on their face.
Was staying at an Airbnb down the street which originally was built and owned by the same person who built the British Hotel. So I just wanted to go down and try out the food.
I had some friends join along and we were satisfied and happy with all the meals. Staff were friendly and would highly recommend for a night out.
Fantastic venue and community space. This iconic place has been bringing people together for years. I love coming here to listen to live music and have drinks with friends. Everyone is always friendly and the toilets are surprisingly okay. Plus the best spaghetti restaurant upstairs, what more could you ask for?
My family and friends had dinner to celebrate our Granddaughters 21st last night. The service, food and ambience was faultless. A big thank you to the delightful young lady who looked after us so well during the evening. So very gracious in her manner and service. A shout out to the Chef and his team. Well done.
Have driven past this 'local' pub many times & was keen to try it out.. We were pleasantly surprised! Have had some terrible pub meals in the past but this one was excellent! Very relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and a nice outdoor area for warm nights. Not one of these pretentious overpriced pubs.. Will now definitely be our local! Highly recommend the salt & pepper squid! Keep up the good...
