How it all began
The Clayton Hotel recently rebranded from L’Unico Hotel.
The multi-million dollar refurbishment ensures a high sense of elegance across every avenue of the business. The Clayton Hotel is a family-owned and operated Hotel which was founded in the early 1990s. Frank and his late Father, Antonio, have harboured this location and turned it into a fine establishment for the Clayton Community. The Restaurant is one of the finest restaurants in Melbourne with the experience of ever-professional Chef Govind Rai. He is duly heralded for lifting the quality of the establishment’s food to an exceptional standard.
